• Gravity System: Concrete filled metal deck supported by steel wide flange beams and columns

• Lateral Force Resisting System: Steel buckling-restrained braced frames

• Foundation System: Shallow spread footings interconnected with gridded grade beams to help mitigate the sites potential settlements due to discontinuous liquefiable sublayers

• EIFS panels and glazing systems
