WESley at play
Outside of work, Wesley spends most of his time rock climbing, hiking, or exploring the outdoors. He loves spending plenty of time at the beach and even more on the side of a mountain. At home, he loves to play the guitar and writes music.

Staff engineer intern
“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.”
- Albert Einstein
Wesley has always had a knack for the bigger picture, trying to understand how things work and how we can implement solutions that push the boundaries of what we think is possible. From Legos and Lincoln Logs to structural design, he’s been passionate about infrastructure since childhood. He is always eager to collaborate and problem-solve to find the best possible solution.
Wesley loves a good challenge, and at PARADIGM, he feels supported and encouraged to learn, grow, and tackle any project. The family-like culture and mentorship ultimately brought Wesley to PARADIGM, and he’s excited to develop his skills in the fundamentals of structural engineering.
