Wesley at play
Outside of work, Wes enjoys exploring the city and outdoors, working out, ice skating, trying new food, discovering new buildings, watching TV shows, ponder about life, and spending quality time with friends. As a Puerto Rican, he enjoys dancing and inventing a good excuse to be social and active. Wesley is always looking for new activities and places to explore in Chicago - feel free to reach out to him with any suggestions or ideas!

"Every project has potential. If you allow yourself to see it, and give it the respect it deserves, others just may follow."
- Moira Rose, from Schitt's Creek
Wesley (He, him, his) appreciates the beauty in the simple things in both life and career, and how things sum up and become part of something bigger. Throughout his professional formation, Wesley has been always eager about interdisciplinary collaboration, architecture, building performance, and structural engineering. As well, he has always found interest in design processes related to architecture and engineering.
He is excited to join the PARADIGM family, where he will have the opportunity to bring all of these ideas together into innovative and challenging projects. Wesley looks forward to form part of the firm, and its mentorship philosophy approach to structural engineering and building design.
