After participating in the design of the North Bay Healthcare Center PARADIGM was requested to participate in the evaluation of a building for North Bay Medical Center designed and under construction.

While under construction, PARADIGM was contacted to review and comment on the original design. PARADIGM quickly evaluated the foundations and were able to save millions of dollars in construction costs by implementing changes immediately.

After successfully addressing the foundations, we were requested to complete the review of the entire building and after significant and necessary design modifications to the previous design, we became the engineer of record for the building. In the end, the client was able to be confident in the PARADIGM designed and constructed building.
