PARADIGM was selected to provide consulting services for a seismic upgrade of an existing four-story reinforced concrete structure. The retrofit consists of installation of new concrete walls in combination with strengthening of existing framing and foundations. Seismic upgrade was incorporated into an overall architectural remodel of this classroom building.
