St. Anselm's Catholic School engaged PARADIGM to develop a retrofit scheme for their facility. The shape of the building and the recent additions had not properly addressed the seismic vulnerability of the existing buildings and as such, the school was concerned about the possible seismic performance. PARADIGM developed and the school implemented seismic rehabilitation efforts which essentially "tied" the wings of the school to the main building and added new vertical shear resisting elements.
