PARADIGM was selected to provide structural engineering design services for Prothena. To accomplish an interconnected space between the third and fourth floors, PARADIGM designed the new staircase to be open and assuming floating properties through creative structural design supports.

PARADIGM also strengthened existing floors to support heavy laboratory equipment, new shaft penetration at the existing roof platform, and anchorage of light equipment on the floors.
