PARADIGM was selected as the Structural Engineer of Record for three Hampton Inn and Suites located in Bellevue, Washington, West Sacramento, California, and Napa, California.

The Bellevue location includes a 74,650 gsf, five-story footprint which includes a Porte-cochere and a conventional spread footing type design to account for the variances of soil parameters required of the geotechnical engineer.

While the Napa location includes a 76,600 gsf four-story footprint which includes a more open space for meeting rooms on the first floor and a Porte-cochere. To create an open space plan, PARADIGM worked with the design team to create a more fluid space by integrating “Offset Shear Walls” from the upper levels.

PARADIGM also provided the design of structural supports for all mechanical and electrical systems for all three Hampton Inn and Suites locations.
