Marriott Marquis, Ballrooms Renovations

PARADIGM was selected as the structural engineer of record after assessing potential structural interference for the proposed new rolling partitions. The renovation consisted of a complete renovation of the ballroom space including inclusion of new movable partitions, raising the ceilings in the Ballrooms, and the addition of new "hang points" in the the Yerba Buena Ballroom, Golden Gate Hall and associated spaces. 

Marriott Union Square, Public Space Renovation

PARADIGM was selected for this renovation project to convert the hotel from the previous hotel operator to The Marriott Owners. The conversion included the complete renovation of the public spaces, modifications to the floor elevations in the public space, and additional new elevators and associated services.
