PARADIGM has been selected to provide new-design and renovation of various Hilton Garden Inn locations.

A representative project from the Hilton Garden Inn portfolio includes the Hilton Garden Inn in Palo Alto. This new-design four-story, 110,800 gsf, 176 room facility includes a two-level subterranean parking structure to accommodate 178 parking spaces. 

PARADIGM was the Structural Engineer of Record for this facility, which encompasses a "U" shaped structure with a porte-cochere for guest drop-off. 

The four-story facility uses a typical vertical framing system with wood framed studs; and the porte-cochere was made with steel framed with wood infill gravity framing. PARADIGM also provided the design of structural supports for all mechanical and electrical systems.
