Project Columbia was designed for Carpathia Hosting with ownership and project direction by Digital Realty Trust. PARADIGM was selected as the engineer of record for this 10 MW (four 2.5 MW generators located outside in manufactured enclosures), 64,7000 gsf building provides space for 1,200 cabinets on two floors of data hall space. Two stories of electrical room are arranged along with length of the data hall space. The generators are located outside in manufactured enclosures.

Cooling is provided by 20 DC custom fabricated rooftop HVAC units bottom fed to duct header distribution. The first-floor ductwork is fed by shafts through the second floor data hall which are planned to coordinate with the cabinet layout.

The project includes a small service area which incorporates security, meeting rooms, offices, shipping/receiving and storage.
